Coach McCormack enters his seventh season as the Head Coach of the tradition-rich Hobart Brickies in 2009. McCormack graduated from Portage High School in 1987 and received a degree in Social Studies from Purdue. After spending 9 years as both the offensive and defensive coordinators at Chesterton High School, Coach McCormack was named the Head Football Coach at Andrean High School in 2002. In his first season as a Head Coach, McCormack led the 59ers to a 14-1 record and a State Runner-Up finish. After a year at Andrean, McCormack was hired to be the head coach at Hobart High School. In 5 years at Hobart, the Brickies have won 3 conference titles while going undefeated in two of those seasons. Coach McCormack has advanced to at least the Sectional Championship game in 5 of his 6 seasons as a head coach. Coach McCormack and his wife Jenny live in Portage with their daughter Riley Kate (4) and son Brady Quinn (2).
